Let’s celebrate National Science Week with Dept. of Science and Technology, Anuragyam, New Delhi, India. Anuragyam is organizing many interesting competitions like Drawing, Slogan Writing, Science Models, Elocution and Debate on the occasion of National Science Week, 2023. Our moto is to spread information about Science & Technology to the new generation.
Registration is open from 5th February 2023. There are lots of activities, competitions and exhibitions. This is a wonderful opportunity to win fabulous prizes. All the participants will get an E – Certificate of participation. Last date to submit your entries is 25th February 2023. So join us today.
About Anuragyam
Anuragyam is an organization that promotes the divine Art, Literature, Culture of India and Science. It was founded by Er. Sachin Chaturvedi. The Anuragyam society conducts many National and International competitions to encourage the children and youth. It also raises awareness about the problems the Earth faces due to human activities .It also publishes the Kalayatra Magazine in Hindi and Litro Fashionate magazine in English. Anuragyam also publishes many books which give lots of information about the Indian Heritage, Science and Technology. Er. Sachin Chaturvedi and Team Anuragyam work hard day and night to give the world valuable information.
About National Science Day
The National Council for Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC), in 1986, asked the Government of India to announce February 28 as National Science Day. The government accepted and declared the day as National Science Day. The first National Science Day was celebrated on February 28, 1987.
SCIENCE : Systematic, Comprehensive, Investigation and Exploration of Natural, Causes and Effect.
National Science Day is celebrated to spread the message about the importance of science that is used in the daily life of the people. To display all the activities, efforts and achievements in the field of science for human welfare.
Science aims to build knowledge about the natural world. This knowledge is open to question and revision as we come up with new ideas and discover new evidence. Because it has been tested, scientific knowledge is reliable.
This year Anuragyam is going to organize many awareness activities, competitions, provide children and youth a platform to enhance their talent, knowledge and experience.

Guidelines of Competitions & Exhibitions
◆ No Registration Fees / No Entry Fees
◆ Participants can participate in more than one competitions.
◆ Participants have to submit their videos and artworks, through the given Google link or Mail ID.
◆ The deadline will not be extended. Entries received after the set deadline will not be accepted.
◆ All the participants will receive an E – Certificate of participation.
◆ All the winners of each competition will receive an E – Certificate and Attractive Prizes.
◆ The last date of submission is 25th February 2023.

General Information
For Elocution, Extempore, Science Slogan and Science Debate we have 2 Categories :
Group A – Class 6 to 10
Group B – Class 11 to Under Graduate
For Science Model we have 3 Categories :
Kids Category – Class 1 to 5
Group A – Classes 6 to 10
Group B – Classes 11 to Post Graduate
For Drawing & Painting Competitions we have 4 Categories :
Kids Category – Classes 1 to 5
Group A – Classes 6 to 10
Group B – Classes 11 to Under Graduate
Group C – Senior / Artist (Age +25 years)
Rules for the Exhibitions
Science Model :
◆ The participants can make a model either individually or in a group.
◆ The model should be related to the theme.
◆ The participants should display the model and explain about it.
◆ The video should be clear, audible and the model should be visible clearly.
◆ The time limit of the explanation is 3 minutes.
◆ The decision criteria will be based on expression, articulation, diction, delivery,
presentation, creativity and neatness of the model.
◆ The decision of the judges will be final.
Drawing and Painting :
◆ The selected artworks of the drawing and painting competition will be displayed on our website and published in our Kalayatra Magazine.
Rules for the Competitions
Elocution & Extempore (Hindi / English) :
◆ The time limit is 3 minutes. The video should not exceed the given time limit.
◆ The video should be clear and audible and participant should be visible from head to toe.
◆ The participants can choose to speak either in English or Hindi.
◆ The decision criteria will be based on expression, articulation, diction, delivery and body language.
◆ The decision of the judges will be final.
Science Slogan Writing ( Hindi / English ) :
◆ The participants can use ruled or unruled paper to write the Slogan
◆ The should not exceed more than 4 lines
◆ The participants can write the Slogan either in English or Hindi. The Slogan should be sent in JPEG or PNG format.
◆ The decision criteria will be based on neatness, presentation, spacing between letters and words, appearance and correct spellings and grammar.
The decision of the judges will be final.
Drawing and Painting Competition :
◆ The participants can use any size of paper and medium of colour.
◆ The artwork should be sent in JPEG or PNG format.
◆ The artwork should be based on the given theme.
◆ The decision criteria will be based on theme, neatness, creativity, presentation, appearance.
◆ The decision of the judges will be final.
Science Debate ( Hindi /English ) :
◆ The participants can choose to speak either in English or Hindi.
◆ The time limit to think over the topic will be 2 minutes and the time limit to speak is 3 minutes.
◆ The decision criteria will be based on expression, articulation, diction, delivery, eye contact and body language.
◆ The decision of the judges will be final.
